Tell Prosecutors to take Senator Garner's alleged violations seriously:
• illegally accepting a position at Union County Public Defender’s office while still serving as State Senator
• lying on public defender time sheets and defrauding Union County of public funds
Lawmakers should follow the law. Ask Pulaski County Prosecutor Larry Jegley to look into Garner's fraudulent time sheets, and ask Union County Prosecutor Jeff Rodgers to look into Garner's illegal acceptance of the public defender position.
